Served with blackberry chutney, roasted pumpkin seeds, pickled shallots and toasted sourdough bread.



KING PRAWN AND SMOKED SALMON COCKTAIL

King Prawns with Marie Rose sauce on a bed of lettuce, topped with smoked Scottish salmon served with sourdough bread and butter.



ROASTED BEETROOT & GOAT'S CHEESE BRUSCHETTA

Served with red onion chutney, wild rocket and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds

MAIN COURSE

All main courses are served with thyme-roasted potatoes, maple glazed carrots, roasted parsnips, homemade braised red cabbage & chestnuts




TRADITIONAL ROASTED TURKEY

Served with lemon & thyme stuffing and rich gravy.



VENISON

Served with celeriac puree, cranberry & apple chutney and red wine jus.



GRILLED SALMON

Served with a seafood bisque & champagne sauce.

Maple glazed butternut squash, chestnut and apricot roast, finished with pesto and a sprinkle of pomegranate.

Our own Christmas Gelato - chose 2 scoops of our favourite Christmas flavours - white chocolate & orange, dark chocolate & orange, apple & cinnamon and Prosecco sorbet.
